One of the best items that any serious trading card collector
can purchase is a software package to aid in tracking their entire
collection. These packages allow for the easy entry of every card or set
that you have within your collection, track the current value of those cards or
sets and then generate and print reports of your entire collection.
As with any software package, ease-of-use is one of the key things to look for in
any trading card tracking software. You will want to focus on the overall user interface,
available reports, integration with any common pricing data and import/export capabilities
with other software applications. In addition, look for a package that has direct support
for adding images of cards from a digital camera or scanner.
